These guys are pretty big Minnesota Wild fans (that is a hockey team for those who inquire). This little guy has grown up soooo much since the last time I saw him. He is such a little charmer and sweetheart. Mom and dad were also fun to work with and we captured some wonderful moments of them together. Thank you so much for visiting me again!
Doesn’t she look like a ball of fun! This little girl has been visiting regularly for quite some time now and I can’t believe how grown up she looks in these portraits. I am so sad to see her turn two years old, I will miss her happy face every few months.

These three adorable sisters were my last session of 2009. I am trying to get a little caught up on my blogging a bit. I took the month of December off and have jumped right back into a busy schedule with the New Year. Of course I didn’t get everything accomplished I needed to over my break, but I did check a few things off of my list. Like for instance, I went through my personal images and have a stack of over 600 snapshots that I printed through Costco (love them for my snapshots). That took a lot of time! But, they are still sitting on my desk and need to go into albums. That is a feat in and of itself, LOL. Maybe next weekend.
I have also been caught up in reading a bit. The Outlander Series has kind of got my head tied up right now. Diana Gabaldon is a wonderful story teller! I am a good way through the second one and there are 7 of them, enjoying them very much. I read quite a few other books while I was on break too, so much better than watching TV.
Anyway, here are the sweet sisters I was talking about! Little twins and a beautiful big sister, and I thought I had my hands full with my two boys! I am sure these three keep mom VERY busy. Aren’t they adorable?!!

This little one year old was the happiest little girl ever! We changed so many times (little girls are so fun to dress up!), outfit after outfit and that smile just shined on. I am pretty sure she is a natural born model, the sweetest little thing. I also have to say that this was the BEST cake smash session ever. It was so wonderful to capture the pure joy on her face as she tasted that sweet sugar for the first time. You could just taste the delight in her face, pure joy.
It was so fun to photography such a happy and wonderful child - the whole year! I am proud to present my newest Baby Plan graduate!

I hope everyone is enjoying the snow on this wonderful Christmas day! There is nothing like a white Christmas when you have no where to go. I just thought I would share our family’s 2009 holiday card. I think this was my easiest to do over the years by far! Usually my card involves a lot of photoshop work, but this year I chose the simple fun route. Plus my youngest is 5 now and easy to bribe. The card opens as a 5×5″ tri-fold, but this is the easiest way to show it…
Here is another catch-up session from last month. I am now officially off until January! My month will be filled with holiday functions, sports, friends and family events. I actually set my Christmas tree up where I do my photo shoots so that I would not be tempted to do any sessions - like I have in the past. This will strictly be my family time.
Oh, I also have a stress fracture in my toe and my leg is in a “boot”. It is kind of hard to photograph little kids with this thing on, LOL. If you have been by in the past 5 months or so and saw me limping around, it has been like this for a LONG time. I thought it was nothing, and that it would go away on its own. I suppose running on it didn’t help. So now I am laid up and can’t go running again until next month, hopefully! So if you are calling and trying to get in for sessions in December, I am not avoiding you, I really do have to take some time off.

OMG, I just had a moment of panic. It has been so long since I blogged that my login did not automatically pop up - I had to remember it! Nothing I was coming up with was working, have you ever had that happen to you? I tried having the password sent to me and that had a glitch in it too. Alas! I got it to work though in one last desperate attempt at logging in! HA!
Anyway, I have been sooooo busy! I just couldn’t keep up with my blog. So this is going to be a massive attempt to do a little catching up from the holiday season.
It has been a wonderful year and it was so nice to see so many familiar faces back, just a little bit older than the time before. I slowed myself down a bit to enjoy my own children this summer, which helped me enjoy photographing your children even more. As we all know, they grow up so fast! You blink and wonder where the time went. Thank you for asking me to help capture those fleeting memories or your own children. I have such wonderful clients, I love you all!
And the beautiful triplets!
And you can’t forget about the twins. Lots of multiples!!
